About the role

This full-time Site Supervisor role will see you overseeing the day-to-day operations on a residential construction site in Hillsdale, NSW. As a key member of the team, you will ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the work of trade teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget

Monitoring site activities to ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Liaising with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

Providing on-the-job training and mentoring to junior members of the site team

Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to site activities

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager in the residential construction sector

Strong working knowledge of construction techniques, materials and building codes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications

Relevant construction-related qualifications and certifications

Relevant experience in the social housing sector Familiar with Housing

Familiar with Housing NSW Schedule of Rates
