About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for:

• A profitable and efficient operation whilst on shift
• Leading, coaching and managing a team
• Executing superior service standards that consistently exceed guest expectations
• Stock control and management as required
• Training, development and coaching of food & beverage staff
• Succession planning programs that focus on staff development and progression
• Cost control with a focus on labour
• Implement systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of the Hotel’s various departments
• Ensure the business is compliant with health regulations and that WHS is a focus for you and the team

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role
• A good understanding of gaming
• Excellent communications skills
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Driven and results focused
