Accounts Assistant

Are you ready to take on an exciting opportunity with a global leader in the construction industry? Leviat is looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team.

This is your chance to work with a dynamic customer-driven team. You’ll be at the heart of our Finance team providing efficient and accurate administration and Account support with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

This role is best suited to someone who has a keen eye for detail, a strong passion for accuracy, and enjoys supporting financial operations to ensure a smooth and efficient account management.

In this role you will be:

Full end-to-end control of the accounts payable function for Connolly and Isedio business units.

Accounts payable cover as needed for Australia and New Zealand business units.

Accounts receivable duties cover (as needed) including issuing of statements, credit card payments and releasing of orders for all business units.

Assist with the month end function includes processing of journals and month end reconciliations.

Daily and weekly sales reporting.
