About the role
At Cirka', we are seeking a talented and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team to deliver business systems transformation projects, based in our offices in the heart of South Yarra.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and operation of Cirka’s business systems / applications. The role will include leading and shaping requirements gathering, business case development, successful implementation, embedding new systems and ongoing review for continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing
Lead the planning, execution, and governance of key business application projects and programs, involving multiple technologies and stakeholder groups.
Take ownership and management of the program, project teams (including third-party consultants) and associated budgets.
Establish and enforce project management best practice, governance standards, and quality controls across all projects.
Ensure effect change management strategy is implemented to maximise adoption and acceptance and minimise disruptions to the business.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively; manage dependencies and resolve conflicts across parallel initiatives.
Oversee the integration, upgrade, and optimisation of key business management platforms (i.e. ERP, CRM, Finance, HRIS, Payroll, etc.).
Work cross-functionally, ensuring collaboration with other teams such as Finance, People & Culture, Growth, Technology, Operations, Governance, etc. and subject matter experts (internal or external).
Drive stakeholder engagement at all levels, including program reports, steering committee and Executive team updates.
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualification in relevant fields such as Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management and Systems Analysis or related.
Demonstrable experience at Program Manager level delivering business system application projects.
Experience in project management methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid models) with a strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
A commercial mindset, with a broad understanding of facilities / service labour-based business and able to make informed decisions that drive profitability.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience in collaborating with internal and external users, with an ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Strong understanding and experience working with ERP (e.g. Dynamics 365) and CRM systems.
Excellent planning and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Exceptional critical thinking, decision-making skills in response to high-pressure situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and acts with credibility, integrity and independence, constructively challenging decisions when required.
Effective leadership and management skills and a team player, ability to adapt and change in a growing business environment and support achievement of business objectives.
