Randstad Sourceright is proud to be partnering with and working alongside a leading FMCG company headquartered in Docklands, Melbourne. This company has multiple manufacturing sites across Australia alongside many well known household brands/products.

Due to this substantial growth they are seeking a number of Customer Service Officers to join the team - full training provided.

Role: Customer Service Representative

Location: Hybrid - 4 days at home, Wednesday's in the Docklands Office, Melbourne

Job Type: Contract - 6 Months (with a view to extend) - Working Holiday Visas welcome!

Start Date: Wednesday 28th May

Hours: Weekly rotating roster between 7am - 6.30pm (7.6hrs per day), Mon - Sat (must be able to commit to one Saturday a month)

Rate: $35.86ph + super

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming customer enquiries over the phone

Problem solve and deliver customer solutions within SLA’s

Have professional, concise and accurate communication with customers whilst building relationships

Experience:

Customer Service Background - experience working in a call centre

Problem solving skills to provide resolutions for customers

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to work on different systems - SAP/CRM experience is advantageous

FMCG experience is advantageous
