We’re hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for a contract project starting in June, working onsite 5 days a week in Barangaroo, Sydney, with a multinational organisation.

About the Role:

Join a large-scale customer outreach project in the financial services sector. This is a script-based role focused on assisting customers with completing forms, managing email communications, and occasional follow-up calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in completing required forms accurately
• Make inbound and outbound calls (low volume)
• Manage email communication with customers
• Send out financial products and follow up as needed
• Use provided SAQs and scripts to guide interactions
• Practice high levels of compliance
• Hours: Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm (37.5 hour work week)
• Assignment Duration: 6 months + (could get extended)

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience in financial services (required)
• Comfortable working with scripts and structured processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups
