About the Role

We're working with a leading healthcare provider seeking a Program Manager to oversee a critical data transformation program. This is a 12-month fixed-term role, with potential for extension based on project timelines. You'll be responsible for delivering a large-scale, multi-year program with a 7-figure budget, focused on building a modern cloud-based data platform, replacing legacy systems, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

This role will suit someone who understands the complexity of data programs and is confident in navigating matrix environments with a mix of internal stakeholders and external vendors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate a group of interconnected data projects
• Manage program delivery across technical tools, data operating models, and user enablement streams
• Oversee data migration from on-premise SQL Server to a modern cloud platform
• Work closely with one Project Manager and a dedicated Change Manager (both supporting this program)
• Navigate a matrix structure with influence, not authority-working with stakeholders who are balancing project work alongside day jobs
• Drive governance using existing tools like Monday.com and established committee frameworks
• Liaise with vendors through a selective RFP process and ongoing program delivery

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading or contributing to data-focused programs, particularly those involving cloud migration
• Strong program or senior project management skills, with the ability to drive delivery across multiple streams
• Experience in lean project environments and a preparedness to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on when needed
• High-level influencing skills and comfort working without direct authority
• Comfortable managing delivery in an environment with indirect reports and shared resources
• Exposure to project tools like Monday.com and working within structured reporting or governance models

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience in a healthcare setting
• Understanding of AI trends in data strategy
• Familiarity with concepts like data mesh architecture
