A Commonwealth government training facility located on the Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria is offering an exciting opportunity for people with relevant experience, located in this local region, to have the opportunity to work in the APS without travelling into Melbourne office locations. The training facility supports training for multiple commonwealth departments and the roles they are looking to recruit are Finance and Logistics Officers (APS4).

The role:
Working as part of a small team, the Finance and Logistics Officer is responsible for the coordination and delivery of:

• Fleet and Asset Management
• Purchasing and procurement activities
• Accounts Payable
• Travel Coordination

The Person:
Ideally the person suitable for this role will have:

• Qualifications and/or experience in fleet management or financial administration
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate
• Experience working in a multi-layered service delivery focused business
• Demonstrated problem solving skills with a solution focus
• Excellent administration skills, with a finance focus
• Ability to develop and foster strong professional relationships

To be eligible to be considered for these roles you must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Salary range is $93,591 - $97,628 plus super (15.4%).
