About the Role:
We are seeking an Administrative Finance & Logistics Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth running of office operations while providing critical support to the Finance and Logistics teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration: Assist with day-to-day office operations, including handling enquiries and ensuring a professional work environment.

Finance Support: Provide backup support for financial duties such as invoice processing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Logistics Coordination Support: Assist the Logistics Coordinator with cellar door sales, distribution logistics, and weekly freight bookings.

Logistics Export Support: Assist the Logistics Coordinator with Export documentation, lodgements, and freight handling.

Debtor Management: Monitor and handle outstanding customers, ensuring prompt payment of invoices. Pursue overdue accounts to minimise bad depbts

Customer & Staff Liaison: Handle incoming enquiries and act as the main point of contact for staff, customers, and management.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in office finance, or logistics with a strong administrative background.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, macros, desirable.

Experience with Export, while not compulsory will be seen favourably

Experience with Vintrace/Xero/Inventory account packages highly regarded
