Our beautiful brand new purpose built Secondary College is located at Meadowbrook. We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Teaching and Learning, who wants to join us on our exciting journey in our stunning new school and be part of changing the lives of our students.

The successful candidate will lead teaching and learning across the College and ensure delivery will not only cater for a diverse range of learning needs, but be flexible to meet the needs of our young people’s situations and circumstances, aiming to build resilience and improve personal skills and outcomes. The delivery of Ohana's strategic vision through engaging curriculum, pedagogy and targeted intervention programs, through rigour in curriculum and assessment design programs and practices across the College.

Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring intervention programs across the College, to ensure that all students have equal access to education.

Mentor teaching and support staff in providing adjustments, documenting the adjustments and high-quality differentiation across the College.

Oversee the Individual Curriculum Plans (ICPs) and ensure that they are consistent, compliant and authentic to the learning needs of the individual student.

Ensure that all curriculum and timetabling hours meet accreditation requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
