The opportunity:

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our Resources Catering Team on a Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) roster from Perth to regional WA.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll ensure top-tier food quality, safety standards, and exceed customer expectations with every meal—all while meeting contract requirements.

To be considered

• Australian Trade Certification or Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential).
• Experience as a Head Chef in a commercial kitchen (essential).
• High volume catering, including bulk catering and function/banquet experience.
• Experience in a mining village operation preferred but all professional kitchen experience considered.
• Ability to work to client expectations.
• Experience driving a safe and productive work culture.
• Creative periodical menu planning and implementation.
• Training a development of existing kitchen staff.
• Strong food safety and HACCP knowledge.
• Able to work a flexible roster.
• Current Police Clearance or willing to obtain one.
