What You’ll Do:

Be the Client Champion: Build strong, lasting relationships with our key clients, understanding their needs and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.

Lead & Inspire: Mentor and develop our Project Managers, empowering them to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional results.

Drive Growth: Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding our client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Ensure Success: Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Make an Impact: Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction, making a tangible difference in our agency’s performance.

Who We’re Looking For:

6+ years of experience in a digital agency environment

Proven track record of growing and retaining client accounts

Experience leading and developing teams

Strong commercial acumen—knows how to protect margin and drive upsell

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (e.g., presenting strategic plans to C-level executives)

Comfortable with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms)

Experience with project management tools (ClickUp)

Most importantly: A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a “no ego” attitude
