KINFO is a well-established construction company based in Brisbane and Gold Coast with a strong focus on commercial ceilings, partitions, cladding, and carpentry works.

Due to consistent growth, we are looking for experienced and highly motivated site supervisors to join our team.

About the role

The successful applicant will possess the following:

Deep understand and interpret architectural drawings and relevant specifications.

Deep understand different product installation method including James Hardie product, internal plasterboard installation process & Rondo Steel stud system installation process.

Day to day running of commercial projects through to client handover – on time and budget

Communicating with clients from Project award through to Project Completion, overseeing the Detailing, Manufacturing and Installation Process

Scheduling project resources and deliverables, managing material suppliers, problem solving

Quality and Safety on all sites as per building and safety regulations

Managing all labour performance and quality

Developing and maintaining great client relationships, managing expectation

Collaborating with the internal team and other project stakeholders

Regular project reporting to management

General understanding of the Construction Industry

What we are looking for in you:

Killer Attitude - Proactive - Winner

Sound knowledge of building methods and regulations. At least 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor delivering commercial ceilings, partitions, cladding & carpentry works.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Prefer fluency Chinese Mandarin and English.

Ability to interpret plans and drawings

Ability to manage resources and sub-contractors, negotiate, problem solve and make sound decisions

Excellent understanding of WHS Compliance, safety and quality standards

Trade qualification is an advantage.

Australian experience is ESSENTIAL

Hold Australian working visa & Australian Permanent Resident & Australian Citizenship are ESSENTIAL.

Interstate Applicants Encouraged

Relevant scissor lift license is an advantage.
