About the role

As a Dispatch Co-Ordinator at Body Fit Training, you play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers, often requiring you to work independently . This full-time position is based in our Spotswood, VIC warehouse, where you will manage the dispatch process and liaise with both internal teams and external logistics providers.

What you'll be doing

Plan and coordinate the dispatch of goods to customers, managing the process from order receipt to final delivery

Liaise with customers, internal sales teams, and external logistics providers to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries

Monitor inventory levels and work with the warehouse team to optimise stock management

Troubleshoot any delivery issues and work to resolve customer queries in a timely manner

Maintain detailed records and reporting on the dispatch process

Assist with general warehouse operations as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics coordination role, ideally within the warehousing, storage and distribution industry

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders

Proficient in using warehouse management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

A problem-solving mindset and the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

Forklift license and warehouse experience an advantage
