We are currently looking to engage an experienced Civil Supervisor for a project on Pluto 1 - Scoped to run for approx. 9 months. 2/1 Roster, FIFO from Perth, or 5/2 roster Local, 11 hours a day. Casual Rates available if preferred.

Key functions of the role:

• Ensuring safety is always front of mind throughout all operations.
• Daily planning of permits and resourcing to ensure workflow continuity.
• Lead multi-skilled and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and report progress to Project Manager
• Pro-active procurement to ensure operationally viable levels and critical inventory are maintained.
• Supporting and developing supervisors and the team for potential career progression.

What will set you up for success:

• 3+ years in a civil or construction leadership role.
• Working knowledge of the ISSOW permit system (highly regarded).
• Concrete, steelfixing or carpentry background (highly regarded).
• Ability to communicate effectively across a range of stakeholder levels.
• A calm and confident leadership style with the ability to adapt and prioritise.
• Excellent communication across all stakeholder levels.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
