Accounts/Admin Officer - Advantage Equine Veterinary, Flemington, Victoria
Five day work week (In Office Role) Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
We are looking for an Accounts/Admin Officer to join our friendly team, who loves a variety of tasks including Accounts Receivable, Debt Collection, Administration and Customer Service tasks on a Full Time basis, with an in-office presence, working weekdays 9 am - 5pm.
The job entails Accounts Receivable processing receipts and managing financial transactions, invoicing and adjustments along with the monthly accounts run. A high level of accuracy and organisational skills with experience in Ardex Premier and Microsoft Office is highly regarded, along with excellent Customer service handling inquiries professionally and promptly. Daily adhoc administration and data entry, maintaining accurate patient records and client information, along with organising vehicle registrations and Insurances, On Call Rosters, Pricing etc.
Prior experience and understanding of the thoroughbred or racing industry is highly desirable.

Discretion with sensitive information and a high level of professionalism.
Excellent computer skills, along with knowledge of Ardex Veterinary Software Program is an advantage.
Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to multi task is a must.
