About the role:

• Partner with a highly regarded real estate specialist, advising on capital transactions, asset management agreements, and high-value development projects.
• Guide institutional clients through complex deals in sectors like energy, transport, and infrastructure – shaping some of the most impactful transactions in the market.
• Draft and negotiate agreements for large-scale developments, joint ventures, and strategic acquisitions.
• Navigate leasing arrangements across retail, commercial, and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer (3+ PQE), coming out of a reputable firm.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, with a strong academic track record.
• Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills, as well as proficient in drafting legal documents.
