Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Property Transactions: Oversee property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Commercial Agreements: Handle commercial agreements and business transactions with precision and expertise.
• Expert Legal Advice: Provide legal advice on residential and commercial property matters.
• Draft and Review Documents: Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents to ensure compliance and protect client interests.
• Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and facilitate successful outcomes.
• Mentoring: Mentor and support junior lawyers and staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Business Development: While the firm enjoys a strong client base, there is no immediate pressure for business development. However, if you choose to actively engage in business development activities, the firm will fully support your efforts.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of relevant property laws and regulations to provide the most current and effective legal advice.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 4 Years in Property Law: Proven experience in property law with a strong track record.
• Strong Knowledge of Queensland Property Law: In-depth understanding of local regulations and legal requirements.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication abilities to effectively manage client relationships and transactions.
