About the Role

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioural interventions for people living with a disability. You’ll also guide and support families, support workers, and other stakeholders to deliver plans with fidelity—always with a focus on safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

This is a role that values curiosity—your willingness to ask, explore, and improve will help you grow into the best version of yourself as a clinician.

What you’ll need

Essential:

• A completed (or final term) Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or Human Services
• A current Driver's Licence (will be working in the community)
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable:

• Enrolment in or completion of a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis, Master’s or Honours in Psychology, or a Graduate Certificate in ABA

We are Queensland’s biggest behaviour support team. We are building a dynamic hub of excellence in ABA, with BCBA, Clinical Psychology supervisors and senior clinicians on staff to support and mentor you. You will be joining a team who have studied (or are currently studying!) the same coursework as you - we ‘get’ ABA and we ‘get’ Psychology is different.
