Your Week Might Include:

• Delivering person-centered, evidence-informed behaviour support in homes, schools, and communities
• Conducting functional assessments and developing positive, practical support strategies
• Collaborating with families, educators, and support teams to create lasting outcomes
• Participating in team huddles, clinical supervision, sharing case studies, where you’re seen, heard, and supported

You’ll THRIVE Here If You Bring:

• NDIS endorsement at a Core Level or above as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
• Experience in behaviour support planning and functional behavioural assessments
• Confidence working independently, backed by a collaborative mindset
• A current driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC & Police Check
• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
