Residential Service Manager - Coastal North QLD

At Redstone, we have partnered exclusively with a NFP aged care provider who are seeking a strong Residential Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of this lovely aged care facility based near Mackay!

As the RSM, you will work closely with the senior leadership team, drive quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical governance frameworks.

About the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency across the clinical, financial, occupancy, marketing and AN-ACC functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and service delivery at the facility
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary care team
• Manage clinical budgets and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulations
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Ability to participate in an on-call roster
• Maintain clinical documentation and support funding compliance

Benefits:

• $150k + super + salary packaging
• NFP salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 per annum
• Relocation assistance including initial accommodation will be considered for the right candidate on a case by case basis

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Residential Service Manager within Aged Care
• Valid AHPRA registration
• Excellent Business Acumen skills
• Extensive clinical and operational knowledge
• Highly developed leadership, communication, and change management skills
• Strong knowledge of operational budgets, AN-ACC and financial management
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
