The Opportunity:

We’re on the hunt for a motivated and organised Marketing & Events Support Coordinator to join our fun, fast-paced Marketing team for a 9-month maternity leave cover.

Based in our North Parramatta office, this role is a great chance to get hands-on experience across a mix of events, campaigns, and marketing projects. You’ll work closely with a supportive team and play a key part in making our ideas come to life.

Your day-to-day will include everything from supporting the marketing team in delivering events, campaigns, and general day-to-day operations. No two days will look the same and you’ll always be in the mix of exciting projects.

As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include:

Lead the planning and execution of internal and external events, including clinics, conferences and workshops, ensuring timelines, budgets, and brand standards are met

Manage end-to-end event logistics such as venue sourcing, catering, delegate communications, merchandise, courier scheduling, and stakeholder requirements

Develop and adapt marketing assets using Canva or Adobe to support campaigns, events and internal communications

Coordinate social, email, and internal communication calendars in line with campaign schedules and product launches

Manage marketing stock, merchandise levels, and event assets; liaise with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and quality delivery

Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Marketing Manager and wider team

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not essential)

2-3 years’ experience in a marketing, events, or administrative support role

Proficient in Canva; able to confidently create and edit branded assets

Skilled in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a bonus

Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on completing tasks efficiently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and flexible team structures

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Travel Requirements

The role may require occasional attendance at Sydney-based events. Due to the fixed-term nature of this contract, interstate event delivery will be managed by other senior members of the team.
