We are an MSP based in Camellia, and we are looking to add a Service Desk Analyst to our team for a two-month contract with the possibility of a full-time role. Having specialised in the aged care and NFP industry, we support multiple small to medium clients.

As our clients are situated all around Australia, the Technician will be required to travel, so a valid driver’s license and access to a car are mandatory.

The applicant should possess amazing communication skills, good time management skills, be detail-oriented and eager to learn. The applicant will need to be self-sufficient and able to work autonomously.

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

•Microsoft, TAFE or University Certification in an IT Course/Degree.
•At Least 2 x yeas of experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role.
•Must have a valid and up to date driver's license.
•Must have own car or consistent access to a car.
•Must reside in Sydney Australia.
•Must have a very strong customer service focus.
•Ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
•Possess a genuine passion for Technology.

Role Responsibilities Include:

•Being the First point of call for IT support queries and service requests.
•Provide 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting and resolution to our clients.
•Maintain thorough support documentation, and record system faults and user requests in our PSA.
•Configure and deploy IT equipment (PCs, Tablets, Phones, Networking equipment etc.)
•Perform physical PC repairs/hardware replacements.
•Liaise with vendors and external support groups for repairs, maintenance and support.
•Maintain Client Documentation in our Knowledge Base.
•Escalating jobs to Field Technicians when necessary.
•Assist with projects when necessary.

Desired Experience In:

•Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
•Microsoft 365.
•IOS and Android Knowledge.
•Remote Support tools such as RDP, Team Viewer Etc.
•General Desktop, Laptop and Smart Phone troubleshooting skills.
•Network troubleshooting skills.
•Preferred skills in the areas of RMM Tools, VMWare, Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Azure, SharePoint and PBX Management.
