This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst to join an organisation committed to making a real difference.

About you

• Excellent communication, with experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft technologies - M365, Exchange, Teams, Active Directory.
• Experience dealing with high volume of tickets - 30+ per day.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Relevant qualifications in IT or related field.

About the role

• Providing Level 1 customer service to users over the phone.
• Troubleshoot issues with desktops, notebooks, mobile devices.
• Record, update, and track helpdesk incidents and requests.
• Show excellent customer service skills while dealing with all levels of stakeholders throughout the business.
