Our custom-built robatayaki grill offers a rare opportunity to create Japanese cuisine that’s not only unique in Melbourne, but bursting with bold, unforgettable flavour. The Head Chef role at Robata offers the opportunity to lead our talented kitchen team in a dynamic and high-quality culinary environment.
