Our opportunity
As a Complaints Officer you will assess and investigate complaints lodged with the VGCCC. This may include triage of complaints, conducting jurisdictional assessments, gathering information and undertaking investigations, as well as compiling reports outlining your findings.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in a complaints assessment, dispute resolution, compliance or regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise undertaking analysis of legislation, industry Codes and/or large volumes of evidence.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting and managing investigations and preparing detailed written reports/recommendations.
