THE ROLE

A directional Project Engineer, who is a self-starter has the opportunity to join this high-performing delivery team.

Based close to Westmead in a modern office you will enjoy regular site involvement across Sydney.

This role offers the perfect mix of autonomy, responsibility, and supportive leadership.

You’ll play a key role in steering projects from planning through to execution—gaining hands-on experience, ownership, and the opportunity to grow alongside some of the industry’s top talent.

• Contributing to continuous improvement of project performance and processes
• Deliver civil infrastructure and basement projects with a commitment to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate site activities and serve as the key escalation point for daily operations
• Manage cost control, monitor progress, and maintain accurate project documentation
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Promote and uphold a strong safety culture aligned with WHS best practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and operational processes

ESSENTIALS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised Australian institution
• At least 4 years’ experience working on civil projects within Australia
• Strong team-oriented mindset, excellent work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellence
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and proactively take initiative
• Confident communicator with solid problem-solving abilities
• Passion for infrastructure and a dedication to quality and integrity in all work
