The Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer with solid experience in bulk excavation and Tier 1 building environments. You’ll play a critical role in early-stage planning, client liaison, subcontractor management, and program delivery.

Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you’ll manage multiple packages valued up to $10M and take ownership of financial tracking, safety, and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and delivery of bulk excavation and associated civil works
• Manage programs, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications
• Contribute to tender and pre-construction phases
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Ideal Background:

• Proven experience delivering excavation, roadworks, and infrastructure packages
• Background working on Tier 1 or large-scale commercial building projects
• Strong stakeholder and subcontractor management
• Ability to lead and manage multiple works concurrently
• Sound commercial and programming skills
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Proficient with project management software and reporting tools
