Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in designing and building custom, responsive websites, crafting effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, and creating digital solutions that solve real business problems. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their digital needs and deliver high-quality results that make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and team members to define design goals and constraints.

Research and analyze design requirements to ensure clear and effective communication.

Develop creative design concepts that align with the intended message.

Create drawings, visuals, and layouts to present and explain design ideas.

Discuss and finalize design options with clients, managers, and departments like sales and production.

Recommend or select the best materials and formats for optimal design outcomes.

Document detailed specifications for accurate design production.

Oversee or assist in producing the final design using selected tools or media.

Archive design files and materials for future reference or reuse.

Skills and Attributes

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.

Relevant qualification in graphic design or a related field (preferred).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, After Effects).

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
