- $81,364 - $100,146 (pro rata for part time) + salary packaging + super + 5 weeks annual leave

About the Donor and Surrogacy Program Nurse
As the Donor and Surrogacy nurse you will coordinate and manage quality nursing care for patients undergoing treatment with donor gametes. Oversee the management of surrogate cycles, support clinic staff, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements for all donor programs.
A regular day will see you:
- Coordinate and management of quality nursing treatment and for patients undergoing treatment with donor gametes
- Adhering to RTAC Code of Practice and other ART and fertility legislations and guidelines
- Oversee surrogate's cycles and communicate all proceeding with the intending parent.
- Providing support and guidance to RSU clinic nurses in the management of donor and recipient cycles
About you
You'll bring with you:
- Division 1 Nurse registered with AHPRA
- Understanding of the RTAC Code of Practice and other ART and fertility legislations and guidelines
- Fertility nurse experience (experience in donor and/or surrogacy services desirable)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to provide patients with exceptional experiences
