We’re looking for a talented and self-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join us part-time for now, with the potential to move into a full-time role as the business continues to grow.

💼 Your Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Content Creation & Storytelling

Plan, create, and publish high-quality content, including video reels, photography, interviews, and graphics

Write engaging captions that align with our tone of voice, culture, and business goals

Develop branded content for internal and external use — including social media graphics, recruitment materials, team content, events, sponsorships, and communications

🔹 Social Media Management

Manage and grow the businesses’ presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms

Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with strategic goals and team input

Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and adapt strategy based on results

Support company directors and managers in building their personal brands online

🔹 Paid Media & SEO

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns through Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager

Collaborate with IT and web development advisors to improve SEO and boost organic traffic

Contribute to website development and updates (knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus)

🔹 Email & Brand Marketing

Design and deliver effective email marketing campaigns

Elevate brand awareness through cohesive messaging, design, and digital presence

Create strategies that connect emotionally with target audiences and drive business growth

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing

Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms

Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent communication skills

Able to work independently, manage priorities, and take full ownership of outcomes

A strong portfolio demonstrating successful past campaigns and creative assets

📍 Role Details:

Type: Part-time to start (approx. 20–25 hours per week), with potential to grow into full-time

Location: On-site at our Balwyn North office (Melbourne)

Salary: Competitive and based on experience
