About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Content & Marketing Assistant to join our small but dynamic team in our Canberra office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about content, has an eye for creativity, and wants to develop their skills in marketing and social media within a purpose-led organization.
You’ll play a key role in creating engaging content that supports our mission—from social media posts and campaign assets to email marketing and product promotion. You’ll also support our creative vision, contribute to content planning, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
This role is perfect for someone who:
Thrives working independently and can take initiative.
Has a naturally creative mind and enjoys thinking outside the box.
Is curious and eager to learn more about marketing, neuroscience, education, and social media.
Is excited about working in a fast-moving small business where every idea matters.
Wants to make a real difference in the education space through meaningful content.
Key Responsibilities
Create, write, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
Support email marketing campaigns to our global educator community.
Assist in promoting our digital products and training events.
Contribute to brainstorming and planning content across all channels.
Provide administrative and communications support as needed.
Collaborate closely with a small, supportive team based in our Canberra office.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
Experience or interest in content creation, writing, and editing.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Basic graphic design skills or willingness to learn tools like Canva.
Interest in learning email marketing platforms and campaign strategy.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow.
Ideally suited to a university student studying English, Journalism, Communications, Music, Psychology, Sciences, or a related field—or someone seeking fulfilling part-time work.
