The Role:
The Business Analyst is required to support the implementation of a new enterprise content management (ECM) solution. The role focuses on developing future-state business process maps and contributing to data migration, solution design, and rollout activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and review 'to be' business process maps and support ECM solution implementation.
• Engage with stakeholders and the project team to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to design, testing, deployment, and transition activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives).
• Resolve business-related issues and provide recommendations.
• Other duties as required.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex, regulated environments.
• Proven skills in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and consensus-building.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Visio (BPMN), Excel, and Jira.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
