ENMP Business Analyst

• Fed Gov - aviation sector / 6-month contract

The Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP) will deliver updates to operational (mission-critical) and corporate networks that will ensure existing systems remain connected to deliver safe, efficient, and effective Air Navigation, aviation rescue, and fire-fighting services. It will also enable future enhancements to support future requirements for CMATS, Remote Service Delivery, and the Flexible Use of Airspace.

As an ENMP Business Analyst, adhering to relevant frameworks, you will be responsible and accountable for liaising with key stakeholders to lead business analyst activities required to support the successful delivery of IT-enabled projects.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days in the office per week.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements elicitation, business process mapping and/or stakeholder engagement workshops
• Communicating all project risks, issues and dependencies in an effective and collaborative manner
• Maintaining relationships with key technical and business stakeholders

• Delivering IT-enabled projects associated with the delivery of the ENMP body or work.
• Assigned to IT service transition/migration projects as a priority and will be required to ensure that all project deliverables adhere to the frameworks and standards with little/no interruption to business delivery.
• Maintain an effective working relationship with other staff to ensure that there is effective coordination of all activities in support of organisational objectives
• Apply contemporary business analysis and organisational change practices when dealing with stakeholders, such as;

To be successful in this position, it is expected that you will have the following attributes:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in programme and/ or project delivery (ideally in relation to service transition / migration)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with ICT and business senior executives, internal and external stakeholders and to escalate issues appropriately.
• Demonstrable experience with regard to interpersonal, consultative, organisational and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrable experience engaging with geologically diverse project teams
• High attention to detail and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy

Desirable

• Certification in BABOK (or an ability to demonstrate a deep level of understanding in business analysis methodologies)
• Proficient working with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrable experience regarding analytical thinking and problem solving.
