Our Client:
A large-scale public sector organisation delivering enterprise-wide technology transformation through integrated corporate systems, including SAP and Infor platforms.

The Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll lead the analysis and optimisation of business processes, providing strategic advice across key corporate solutions including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC6 HR/Payroll, and Infor WFM. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Queensland to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis and requirements gathering across enterprise platforms
• Drive process improvements and support the transition to integrated digital systems
• Document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements
• Provide strategic guidance on the implementation and enhancement of SAP and Infor solutions
• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and operational teams
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment
• Support release and change management processes to ensure smooth delivery
• Promote best practices in information security, governance, and quality standards

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within SAP S/4HANA, ECC6 HR/Payroll, or Infor WFM Rostering environments
• Expertise in analysing complex business processes and stakeholder engagement
• Strong documentation, analytical and communication skills
• Experience in public sector or large enterprise settings preferred
• Ability to lead teams and provide mentoring and strategic advice
