About the role

Centastaff Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Security Access and ID Customer Service professional to join our team at our Melbourne Airport location. This contract role will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Support the airport's suite of security software applications and systems with a focus on Electronic Access Control.
• Audit visitor passes issuing proces
• Provide customer service/stakeholder communication

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within a records management, document control function and or Electronic Access Control
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
• A keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• A flexible and adaptable approach, with the willingness to learn and take on new challenges
