Working directly for the Landlord, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to work close to home, with a great team. Overseeing the Commercial Property Management arm of the business, the role will be responsible for ensuring the portfolio is compliant with up to date procedures in place.

The company's portfolio is made up of office and retail predominantly and is focused around the Bayside area as well as Melbourne's CBD.

As Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee a very clean and well looked after portfolio with long standing tenants. The portfolio is in an excellent state and very manageable. Site visits as well as lease negotiations and meeting compliance standards will all form part of this role.

This position is offered on a part time basis - ideally 3 days per week, which is ample time to oversee the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will come from a solid Commercial Property Management background with exemplary written and verbal communication skills as well as strong negotiation and organisational skills.
