We are a newly established, one-stop destination for all things fitness, offering spacious free weights and cardio areas, reformer Pilates, group classes, wellness amenities, and a basketball court all in one comprehensive service.

In addition to our full-service locations, we’re launching brand new stand-alone Reformer Pilates studios, providing a boutique fitness experience alongside our full service gyms.

The Role:

We are seeking Sales Consultants to drive sales and performance within our new Reformer Pilates studio. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about promoting Pilates, building strong relationships, and contributing to the culture and growth of our studio.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Proactively generating and nurturing leads through a range of different channels.

Booking appointments, coordinating studio tours and communicating membership promotions/pricing options to potential members.

Accurately recording and processing information on our CRM regarding sales and members.

Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing members and providing exceptional customer service.

Responding promptly to member inquiries via email, SMS or in club.

Working closely with Head of Sales to execute sales and promotions in club, whilst providing feedback to help refine strategies.

Coordinate with Management, ensuring studio safety, maintenance, cleanliness and stock levels are up to standard.

Personal skills & attributes:

A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help individuals from diverse backgrounds kickstart their fitness journey.

Minimum 12 months’ experience in a sales or customer facing role.

Basic knowledge on gym equipment and amenities, particularly reformer beds is desirable.

Basic knowledge on Pilates is desirable.

Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to varying demands.

Proactive and driven, with a strong ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Proficiency in Mandarin is desirable.
