About the Role:

We’re hiring a Sales & Design Consultant (Telephone-Based) to join our Tuggerah HQ. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll play a crucial role in our inbound and outbound sales pipeline.

You’ll be connecting with customers, understanding their vision, and helping them bring it to life through custom neon signage. You’ll thrive here if you love talking to people, solving problems quickly, and being rewarded for doing great work.

Salary: $60,000 base + uncapped commissions (OTE $90,000+)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (with flexibility as needed)

You’ll report to our Sales Manager and work alongside a team of 4 driven Sales & Design Consultants. Expect structured training, regular check-ins, and a big celebration when you hit your targets.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to leads from our database.

Answer inbound sales inquiries with professionalism and energy.

Consult with customers to understand their vision and recommend products.

Build rapport quickly and explain the benefits of our signage solutions.

Provide quotes, follow up consistently, and close the sale.

Keep customer records up to date in Hubspot CRM.

Work closely with other sales team members to share insights and hit targets.

Handle objections with confidence and keep conversations customer-focused.

Stay across product updates, trends, and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales or telesales is essential.

Strong communication and people skills – you're natural on the phone.

Confident handling objections and closing sales.

Experience using CRMs like Hubspot is a plus.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and excited by growth.
