An exciting opportunity has become available to join Crystele Homes, an award-winning residential project and custom home builder in South West Sydney. We are a family owned business with a proven track record and a very experienced sales manager to mentor you.

The Sales Consultant will work in harmony with our Sales and Administration team, with availability to tend to 1 of 4 display home locations across Sydney (Box Hill, Oran Park, Menangle Park and Appin). Homes range from off-plan and house and land packages to fully customised new and knockdown-rebuild homes, and you will manage the client from enquiry through to preliminary deposit and contract signing.

Key responsibilities:

· Generate new sales leads

· Conduct walk-throughs and demonstrations of display homes to prospective buyers

· Build strong relationships with developers and land sales offices in relevant areas

· Lead customers from enquiry through to design, and preliminary tender/deposit

· Build a profitable database of customers

Skills and experience required:

· Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets / KPI’s

· At least 12 months project /custom homes experience

· Demonstrable sales experience working with custom homes and strong market knowledge

· Impeccable presentation and customer centric manner

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent computer skills including strong use of Outlook, Excel and Word

· Driven to exceed sales targets and innovative approach to generating leads

· Prior experience using Hubspot, Geosite and REA preferred but not essential
