Joondalup Resort is a premier leisure, corporate, and tourism venue in the northern suburbs of Perth, offering award-winning facilities both on and off the golf course. We are seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our brand awareness and digital presence.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive will implement marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and revenue. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can apply innovative marketing concepts and leverage technology for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & implement the hotel marketing plan, increasing brand awareness in line with strategic goals
Identify new, creative ways to market Joondalup Resort using digital innovation
Manage the creation and distribution of digital content across multiple platforms
Execute digital marketing activities across various marketing channels
Analyse marketing and advertising promotions for ROI, effectiveness, and reach
Work within budget constraints while maximizing resources
Develop engaging social media strategies to enhance audience interaction and customer experiences
Manage resort and third-party websites, SEO, and SEM optimization
Oversee on-site photo shoots, hotel filming, and content production for highest quality results
Work with local media partners to promote the resort and secure ongoing publicity
Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing collateral for special events
Design lively promotional emails, invitations, flyers, and signs, staying ahead of trends and privacy requirements
Lead search engine advertising, monitor SEM metrics, conduct thorough keyword research, and measure campaign success
Key Qualities & Skills
Professional attitude with excellent grooming and executive presence
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong digital marketing expertise, including Google Analytics & SEO proficiency
Excellent computer skills, including social media management & website content
Creative mindset with design experience (InDesign advantageous)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Experience in database management and troubleshooting technical issues
Prior customer service experience within a five-star hospitality business preferred
