About the Role

Applied Education is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to grow the brand and student enrolments through strategic digital channels. You’ll lead digital campaigns across multiple platforms and play a key part in optimising the full digital student journey—from discovery to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage branding and design across digital platforms, including website management using WordPress

Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns using CRM (Zoho or similar)

Manage and optimise landing pages used in paid campaigns, including A/B testing, SEO improvements

Oversee PPC Campaigns

Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop digital assets for campaigns for variety of digital channels

Work with the sales and academic teams to align marketing with course launches and intake goals

Oversee CRM segmentation and automated email/SMS

Contribute to re-marketing strategy using Facebook Ads, and other platforms

Generate reports and dashboards on campaign performance, website traffic, and lead-to-enrolment conversion funnels

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in a digital marketing role, ideally in education, B2C, or service-based sectors

Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, and lead generation strategy

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms

Excellent copywriting and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience using a variety of digital and social platforms (including short-form video platforms) to drive engagement and reach new audiences
