Ashley & Martin is a leading provider of medical hair solutions, dedicated to helping people regain confidence for over 60 years. We are expanding and seeking a highly organised and adaptable individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant.

About the Role:

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. This is a multifaceted role that requires exceptional time-management skills, the ability to handle changing priorities, and a proactive approach to tackling a wide range of responsibilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to adapt quickly to new challenges.

Important Note: This role is strictly on-site with no work from home or hybrid opportunities.

What You'll be Doing:

Provide high-level support to the executive team across various business functions, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, compliance, facilities management, clinic operations, HR, and event management.

Manage the procurement process, including supplier management, negotiation, and process optimisation.

Oversee logistics operations, including inbound/outbound bulk logistics and day-to-day coordination with freight forwarders.

Manage stock levels and warehouse operations, including liaising with third-party providers.

Assist in the creation and implementation of compliance policies, including the Company's Privacy Policy.

Serve as the primary contact for the Company's leased office spaces, managing contracts and ensuring compliance.

Assist with day-to-day clinic operations, including customer dispute resolution, CRM management, and policy/procedure improvement.

Support HR functions, including recruitment, performance reviews, and people and culture initiatives.

Assist with event management.
