Based in Willagee, and reporting to the Operations Manager, in this diverse role you will support the general day-to-day village operations. You will assist the operations team with the delivery of customer service, administering maintenance requests, general village administration, and the delivery of the Community Engagement Program.

You will have completed training in one aspect of the role to a minimum level of Cert 3. (i.e. completed Cert 3 building trade or Tafe Diploma in administration or business management) or have demonstrated experience (minimum two years) previously working in a Retirement Village setting.

You will bring skills and experience that demonstrate your competence in understanding and coordinating maintenance requests and delivery of customer service.

You will have general administration skills including use of administrative systems, data entry, record keeping, and competent computer skills.

You will have an interest in working in the Retirement Village sector, be empathic, and be motivated to embrace change and learning.

You will have a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and a willingness to pitch in to support the team to get things done.
