Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our client's esteemed property agency. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team, contributing to the agency's continued success in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed Entry Condition Reports to ensure properties meet required standards.
• Manage and conduct open homes during weekdays and Saturdays, with a rostered day off midweek.
• Schedule and perform routine property inspections, ensuring ongoing maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
• Implement rent reviews and adjustments in line with market trends and tenancy agreements.
• Assist Property Managers with various administrative and ad-hoc tasks to support efficient operations.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new tenancies, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed.
• Draft Residential Tenancy Agreements in compliance with current legislation and company policies.
• Manage the creation and lodging of rental bonds, maintaining accurate records for each tenancy.

Candidate Requirements:

• Possession of a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, across various platforms.
• Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive attitude with aspirations to advance into a Property Manager role.
