About Us:

We Require:
To be successful for this role as the new bookkeeper and administration support officer, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organisational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
· Part of our front-line administration team and contact for answering phones
· Forward and distribute mail as required
· Setup and implementation of bookkeeping files
· Data entry
· Invoicing
· Payroll processing, superannuation etc.
· Accounts payable/receivable management
· Cash flow management
· Bank reconciliations inclusive of experience with three way reconciliation reports
· Balance sheet reconciliation
· Financial reporting
· BAS preparation
· Reconciliation of inter-entity loan accounts
· Associated workpapers and support docs for end of period processing
· Group reporting where required
· Payroll and minor HR
· Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
· Other related tasks / functions where required
Requirements and skills:
· Attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Responsibility, integrity and a professional outlook
· A team focused attitude with a confident and friendly personality
· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and identify and deal with problems as they arise.
· Experience in managing a variety of tasks simultaneously despite changing priorities and requirements
· No less than 2-3 years experience bookkeeping experience
· Outstanding interpersonal skills
· A willingness to learn
· Possessing a positive and proactive approach to tasks and this role in general will go far in this role
