Join our team of long-standing employees in House Removals, Relocation, Asbestos Removal, and Demolition Company as an Administration & Office Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide exceptional administrative support, including managing office correspondence and documentation.
Maintain a high level of organization, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Sales Support with customer quotes, contracts, follow-ups and general inquiries.
General Office Reception duties and travel arrangements
Completing Safe Work Method statements
Form 65 lodgements to the office of Industrial Relations
Scheduling, Tracking and Co-ordination of jobs and consistent communication with clients and staff
Contracts Completion
Plumbing Applications
All aspects of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
Daily reporting of Activities
Workplace Health and Safety requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in fast paced administration, sales and customer service role
Professionalism and customer rapport, with excellent phone and email etiquette.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Self-motivated, highly driven individual with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stay focused, adaptable, and detail oriented under pressure
Building Industry knowledge/experience required
Workplace Health and Safety legislation knowledge is highly regarded.
2 Saturdays a month Mandatory
7:30AM - 4:30PM
