What you’ll need:
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or support roles)

- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

Your responsibilities will include
- Support one of our main products and own the customer experience
- Work with clients, candidates, HR teams, and other stakeholders at Martian Logic
- Triage issues and pass to Level 2 support when needed
- Stay across platform updates
- Report to the Support Manager

Remuneration: We expect a high level of commitment and ownership from our team and in return, we offer very competitive remuneration and benefits. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
- Base: Between $60K and $70K + Super depending on experience
- OTE: Between $70K and $90K/Year on meeting KPI(s)
- Share Options: Share options might be offered at end of probation
- Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year.
