Proudex is a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Alexandria. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Production Manager with Korean language ability to take ownership of daily warehouse operations, production scheduling, and inventory integrity in a compliance-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch

Manage the production schedule using an MRP system and coordinate job timelines with the production team

Maintain accurate stock levels, product traceability, and internal movement records

Ensure all batch numbers, expiry dates, and regulatory documentation are correctly maintained per GMP and TGA standards

Liaise with the regulatory and admin teams to align stock availability with production requirements

Supervise and train warehouse staff to uphold safety, compliance, and productivity standards

Operate forklifts and manage deliveries and freight logistics as required

Essential Requirements

Minimum 3 years warehouse or production management experience in manufacturing (pharma, food, or FMCG preferred)

Fluent Korean reading and speaking ability; competent English communication also required

Strong understanding of MRP systems, production workflows, and inventory control

Proven ability to manage staff, scheduling, and performance in a warehouse setting

Valid Forklift Licence and Driver’s Licence (required)

High attention to detail, especially with compliance, labelling, and regulatory documentation

Tech-savvy and confident working with digital systems, barcoding, and traceability tools

Role Details

Location: Alexandria, NSW

Work Type: Full-time, Mon–Fri (occasional overtime as required)

Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 + Super (depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate preferred

Work Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia. No sponsorship available.

Fluency in Korean is essential
