Position: Finance Manager

What You'll Do:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Manage trust accounting and ensure compliance with regulations

Handle inter-company financial transactions and reconciliations

Monitor and manage cash flow to optimise financial stability

Prepare and analyse profit & loss (P&L) statements for all sites within the organisation

Ensure compliance with tax obligations, including SRO, PLSL, and superannuation

Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable

Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the finance team

Collaborate with leadership to optimise financial performance

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)

Proven experience in trust accounting and inter-company financials

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Expertise in cash flow management, P&L analysis, tax obligations, and payroll compliance

Experience with accounts payable and receivable

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
